Not enough memory kts340 Empty Not enough memory kts340

HI.
After the installation of 2016 esi the kts340 and reset, change sd with old sd rear, the tester is restarted, and went into update.
Stuck saying that after 2015/1 the sd must be 16 gb. Measuring the sd has 14.5 gb. No is normal format It starts again and always stops due to lack of space.

Before trying 2013u I would like to know if there is any other solution.
Is there another memory inside?
