KTS 200 License Empty KTS 200 License

Hello dear friends,
My name is Jean, i'm an Auto Technician and i'm having problems activating my KTS200 licence.
First , my SD card on the device got corrupted, so i bought a new one and installed on it. Then my CD is barely readable , i was able to install on my pc, but now my kts200 is asking for licence code.
Can anyone help me on this one?

how to  find the ID:
settings-->release-->display info
