KTS 340 problem Empty KTS 340 problem

Hello. I have a it's 340 bought from eBay with2011/1  One Time Purchase. I have connected via obd cable to a Toyota Picnic and Peugeot 307 (2003) and they not come on. I have check by VIN my Mercedes CLS 320 and he can't find it. I have check manual and from Mercedes appear only some cars like CLS 63 AMG,  E500, CL600,SLR.....  (All big engine cars)  
Can anyone help me with any idea or any kts340 owner to give me some tricks?
