Suzuki Escudo (Grand Vitara) 3.2L V6 Empty Suzuki Escudo (Grand Vitara) 3.2L V6

Hey guy's

I have A problem with this suzuki. When the ECU is cold the car starts fine, but when the ECU warms up i can't get the car to start. In this state there is no check engine light on the dash and my OBD2 scanner can't connect to the ECM. when the ECM is cold then the scanner connects and I get P0607 performance module code. Any Idea what can be wrong here?
