kts 650 acting strange Empty kts 650 acting strange

i have bourght a kts 650 whit 2013-3 esitronic but some how its acting strange when i generate a new code its blank and says that code is to old what to do ??  i dont have any dvd to this  only the 2012-4 discs to my kts570  any solution/help will be apriciated  regards from denmark
