John Deere Service Advisor 5.2

does anybody have anything for this program. I did the install . All manuals are there but when i try Diagnostics tool, and try to connect i get the message  ( The diagnostic connection is unavailable. Please ensure that the Service ADVISOR Offline setup completed successfully. ) 
I delete all the programs associated with JD and all the files , reinstall it  but the same thing.

finally got it to work. Had to reformat the computer and reinstall. Something must of went wrong on the first install and some corrupted file stay in the computer. Would corrupt any other install. But now all is good now, just need to check if it will connect to the machine.

tried it today and all went well. try the diagnostic tool and it connected to the machine no problem.

I use version 4.6.2 and it works perfect for me!!
